NIS2 in the Netherlands

The Dutch implementation of the EU NIS2 directive is the Cyberbeveiligingswet (Cbw). Medium-sized and large food producers and distributors fall under it. Many logistics companies do not fall under the law themselves, but their customers do, and those customers must assess the security of their supply chain. Whether your organisation is in scope can be checked with the scope check of the Dutch NCSC.
